Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Toliver Chevrolet GMC in McAlester, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day sales operations, including overseeing sales staff, setting sales goals, and motivating team members to achieve targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing coaching and training to enhance sales team performance.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales management, with a strong understanding of Route One and VAuto systems.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with Factory and manufacturer processes and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Description: Finance Manager

Location: McAlester, Oklahoma

Role Overview: We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team at Toliver Chevrolet GMC in McAlester, Oklahoma. The Finance Manager will be responsible for coordinating the financing and leasing options for our customers, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the financing process, explaining options and terms clearly and professionally.
Secure competitive financing rates and programs from multiple sources, including banks, credit unions, and manufacturer programs.
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to ensure prompt processing of financing applications.
Work closely with the sales team to provide seamless customer service and enhance the overall purchasing experience.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive finance, with a thorough understanding of financing and leasing options.
Proficiency in Route One and VAuto systems preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
